In light of the recent government update regarding coronavirus (covid-19) we want to assure our customers that we, as an online business, are still open and accepting orders for delivery although delivery estimates are no longer guaranteed.
We have been advised by our courier partners that there may be some significant delays from usual delivery estimates due to the added strain on the delivery network so we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. If you are worried that your order has not arrived, please get in touch via email.
For latest info from our partner Parcelforce, please view the links below.
Our thoughts are with all those affected as well as the brave frontline staff and key roles continuing to work tirelessly in these uncertain times. We will continue to monitor the situation and listen to the advice from governments and health officials.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY ADVICE
As per the above information regarding the current pandemic, our partners Royal Mail and Parcelforce are unable to guarantee their Christmas deliveries this year and as such, we advise all customers to order any gifts as soon as possible. The last shiping date for UK deliveries this Christmas has been given as 18th December but again, this can not be guaranteed so we would ask our customers to understand and where possible, order as soon as they can to avoid disappointment. For deliveries to ROI, the date given to us is even earlier, 14th December. Although we can not guarantee these delivery times, we will do our best to help any customer who orders after these dates. We would like to wish all of our customers a safe and Happy Christmas this year and look forward with optimism to the new year and moving forward.
We will dispatch your item from our warehouse at the soonest possible opportunity - Our couriers come to collect items from us every weekday and our deadline for dispatch is 1pm, so if you order after 1pm, your item will be dispatched the following day.
We can deliver anywhere in the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, and we can deliver most items to most islands – please contact us via email for the delivery costs to islands.
Please note that for your security if payment is made by credit or debit card we can only deliver to the card billing address. If you would like us to deliver to an alternative address please contact us to discuss your options by email..
Standard 3-4 Working Day Delivery service, this is estimated and can depend on courier performance, weather conditions etc.
Delivery insurance is provided free of charge on all deliveries, but there are two conditions that must be fulfilled in order to claim. Firstly, if there is any damage to the package, you MUST write 'Damaged' next to your signature, whether it is paper or electronic. If you have a courier delivery and there is no apparent damage and you don't have time to check the contents of the package, you MUST write 'Contents Unseen' next to your signature. Secondly, you MUST notify us directly by email of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. If your item is a gift it must be opened, inspected and tested within this time period to ensure it is in good order. Claims outside of this period cannot be validated.
Please note these instructions are important - the drivers are very unlikely to suggest that you mark a delivery as damaged, and once the couriers have a 'clear' signature they will consider the package to have been delivered in perfect condition and it will not be possible to make a claim on the insurance.
**Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
