DELIVERY INFORMATION

Getting your items to you swiftly is our priority. Our warehouse dispatches orders every weekday, with a cut-off time of 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the following day.

We deliver across the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and most islands. If you need delivery to an island, just drop us an email, and we'll sort out the details for you.

For your security, we usually send deliveries to the card billing address for credit or debit card payments. If you prefer a different delivery address, get in touch via email, and we'll find a solution together.

Delivery Services:

Enjoy our Standard 3-4 Working Day Delivery service. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimated and might be influenced by courier performance and other external factors like weather conditions.

Delivery Insurance:

Every delivery comes with complimentary insurance. To claim, here's what you need to do: if the package arrives damaged, simply write 'Damaged' beside your signature. If you're unable to check the contents right away, mark 'Contents Unseen' next to your signature. Then, drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to report any damage. For gifts, make sure to open, inspect, and test the item within this timeframe. Unfortunately, claims made outside this period can't be processed.

Remember: Couriers won't usually suggest labelling a delivery as damaged. Once they receive a 'clear' signature, they assume everything's perfect. That's why it's essential to follow these steps to ensure your claim can be processed smoothly.

**Delivery times may sometimes experience delays due to factors like weather or busy periods. While we'll do our best to let you know about any delays beforehand, sometimes these things are out of our hands.

Preorders:

Dispatch dates given for products available to preorder on a presale are estimates and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. This can mean preorders are dispatched before or after the expected date. We will ensure to keep our dispatch dates updated when we learn of any changes to the schedule. As usual, you will receive a notification with tracking details once your preorder has left our warehouse.
