What is your returns policy?
We make it simple for you – if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue you a refund upon return of the item.
How do I make a return?
If you need to return an item to us please ensure it is unused and in original packaging. Include a note detailing your name, order number and reason for return. It is advised that a tracked return service is used as we cannot be held responsible for any loss during the return process. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method within 48 hours of the item arriving back at our warehouse. * Please note that return postage costs are not refunded.
Do I need to contact you before making a return?
We would advise customers to contact us via email to make us aware of the return. Just state your name, order number and the reason for return.
How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 30 days returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it has not been used you may return it to us for a refund.
Does my return have to be in the original packaging?
Yes, if the product is returned in its original packaging, including labels, we will be able to process your return much quicker.

What if my item is faulty?
If you believe you have received a faulty item, we would ask that you contact us by email or telephone on 02886758032 before returning the item. Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us ASAP. All of our products have a standard 3 month warranty. Please have your sales order number ready.
