The desk is great - very sturdy and a nice colour and design. However, assembly was rather difficult owing to some holes being misaligned, requiring us to make our own holes, as well as a required nail being missing (we received 7 instead of 8 S screws).

I would recommend only those experienced with DIY try this, and with their own screwdrivers - the provided screwdriver is not good.

A major challenge took 3 people 2 and a half hours to put together. A battery drill is a must. Instructions are shocking 27 steps till the end product!!! Hinges should not be one of the last steps, it’s impossible to put in the tiny screws at the end, only tiny guide marks. Not beech color more like pine (yellow). Quality not good chipped in places on arrival. However it is reasonably sturdy and the many many parts are well labeled. Good luck if you decide to buy this product. You have been warned.

The parts are all numbered.you cant go wrong. Even the different size screws were individual bags with letters a-s matching the diagram exactly. Many parts which took a while.but the easiest assembly i have ever done. Finished product looks exactly as shown in picture
